The highest-priced new listing was a single-family Colonial-style home with water frontage built in 1970 in New Castle for $3,375,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was a Victorian-style home built in 1904 in Portsmouth for $2,799,000. There are 488 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 470 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $969,137 compared to $990,905 the week before.
The number of sold condos and single-family residences was 100 compared to 65 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $829,696 compared to $720,131 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a single-family Tudor-style home in New Castle for $3,959,000 and the second highest-priced sale was a Contemporary-style beachfront retreat home in Hampton for $3,689,000.
