Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 12.09.23

The number of new listings taken last week was 83 compared to 69 the week before for condos and single family homes in Rockingham County. The highest priced new listing was a Portsmouth Antique Colonial built in 1790 for $1,889,000 and the second highest priced new listing was a Colonial style home a block from Hampton Beach for $1,675,000. There are 452 current active condo and single family homes available in the County compared to 413 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $931,099 compared to $1,027,871 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single family residences was 69 compared to 86 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $481,514 compared to $638,761 the week before. The highest priced property sold last week was a townhouse condo in Portsmouth for $1,245,000 and the second highest priced sale was a cape style home built in 1983 in Rye for $1,010,000.
