There are 452 current active condo and single family homes available in the County compared to 413 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $931,099 compared to $1,027,871 the week before.
The number of sold condos and single family residences was 69 compared to 86 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $481,514 compared to $638,761 the week before. The highest priced property sold last week was a townhouse condo in Portsmouth for $1,245,000 and the second highest priced sale was a cape style home built in 1983 in Rye for $1,010,000.
