The number of new listings taken last week increased to 151 compared to 133 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a single-family Contemporary, Victorian-style home built in 1993 in Rye for $12,800,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was a Gambrel-style home built in 2004 also in Rye for $9,995,000. There are 440 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 423 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $990,180 compared to $997,126 the week before.
The number of sold condos and single-family residences was 84 compared to 77 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $913,352 compared to $660,444 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a Modern Architecture-style single-family home built in 2017 in Rye for $18,500,000 and the second highest-priced sale was a single-family beach home built in 2012 in Seabrook for $2,100,000.
