Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 12.23.23

The number of new listings taken last week was 26 compared to 58 the week before for condos and single family homes in Rockingham County. The highest priced new listing was a condo with ocean views in Hampton for $1,050,000 and the second highest priced new listing was a Colonial style home in Hampstead for $739,900. There are 367 current active condo and single family homes available in the County compared to 385 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $949,640 compared to $1008,887 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single family residences was 65 compared to 73 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $615,600 compared to $620,520 the week before. The highest priced property sold last week was a gambrel style waterfront home in Rye for $2,120,000 and the second highest priced sale was an 1859 built Farmhouse style home in Hampton Falls for $1,275,000.
