Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 12.30.23

The number of new listings taken last week during the holiday week was 18 compared to 26 the week before for condos and single family homes in Rockingham County. The highest priced new listing was a new construction Colonial style in Plaistow for $994,900 and the second highest priced new listing was a new construction Cape style condo in Auburn in a 55 plus community for $779,900. There are 348 current active condo and single family homes available in the County compared to 367 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $958,551 compared to $949,640 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single family residences was 57 compared to 65 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $602,612 compared to $615,600 the week before. The highest priced property sold last week was a newly constructed Contemporary Farmhouse in Greenland for $1,910,000 and the second highest priced sale was a 2013 built Colonial style home in Stratham for $1,400,000.
