Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 01.06.24

The number of new listings taken last week during the holiday week was 40 compared to 18 the week before for condos and single family homes in Rockingham County. The highest priced new listing was a downtown Portsmouth condo for $2,099,900 and the second highest priced new listing was a single family home in Hampton Falls for $1,250,000. There are 340 current active condo and single family homes available in the County compared to 348 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $960,510 compared to $958,551 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single family residences was 27 compared to 57 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $569,492 compared to $602,612 the week before. The highest priced property sold last week was a single family cape style home in Brentwood for $1,175,000 and the second highest priced sale was a townhouse in Portsmouth for $975,000.
