Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 01.20.24

The number of new listings taken last week jumped to 66 compared to 63 the week before for condos and single family homes in Rockingham County. The highest priced new listing was a condo in New Castle for $3,595,000 and the second highest priced new listing was a single family colonial style home in Windham for $2,000,000. There are 324 current active condo and single family homes available in the County compared to 323 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $965,910 compared to $952,935 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single family residences fell to 48 compared to 56 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $633,705 compared to $722,927 the week before. The highest priced property sold last week was a cape style single family home in Rye for $1,850,000 and the second highest priced sale was a contemporary cape style single family home in Portsmouth for $1,450,000.
