Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 01.27.24

The number of new listings taken last week dropped to 57 compared to 66 the week before for condos and single family homes in Rockingham County. The highest priced new listing was a contemporary farmhouse in Rye for $3,499,000 and the second highest priced new listing was a single family colonial style home in Portsmouth for $1,549,000. There are 302 current active condo and single family homes available in the County compared to 324 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $1,008,513 compared to $965,910 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single family residences fell to 37 compared to 48 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $711,908 compared to $633,705 the week before. The highest priced property sold last week was a beachfront home in Seabrook for $3,393,500 and the second highest priced sale was a three bedroom condo in Portsmouth for $2,075,000.
