Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 01.13.24

The number of new listings taken last week jumped to 63 compared to 40 the week before for condos and single family homes in Rockingham County. The highest priced new listing was a new construction modern farmhouse style home in Kensington for $1,865,000 and the second highest priced new listing was a single family home on 58 acres in Derry for $1,400,000. There are 323 current active condo and single family homes available in the County compared to 340 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $952,935 compared to $960,510 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single family residences climbed to 56 compared to 27 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $722,927 compared to $569,492 the week before. The highest priced property sold last week was a condo with views of the Piscatqua River in Portsmouth for $3,425,000 and the second highest priced sale was a luxurious brick colonial home in Windham for $2,555,000.
