Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 02.17.24

The number of new listings taken last week increased to 56 compared to 67 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a new construction home on 5.25 acres in Rye for $2,295,950 and the second highest-priced new listing was a 4,456-square-foot single-family Colonial-style home in Hampton Falls for $1,895,000. There are 298 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 303 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $988,403 compared to $989,447 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single-family residences rose to 47 compared to 33 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $685,011 compared to $689,921 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a Cape-style home with 7,647 square feet in Hampton Falls for $1,910,000 and the second highest-priced sale was a Post and Beam-style home built in 1792 in Deerfield for $1,850,000.
