The number of new listings taken last week increased to 70 compared to 56 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a Colonial-style single-family home built in 2006 in Windham for $1,890,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was a Colonial-style home built in 1917 in Exeter for $1,475,000. There are 290 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 298 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $993,908 compared to $988,403 the week before.
The number of sold condos and single-family residences fell to 37 compared to 47 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $590,506 compared to $685,011 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a Colonial-style home built in 2006 in Windham for $1,375,000 and the second highest-priced sale was a Contemporary-style home built in 1994 in Hampton Falls for $1,225,000.
