The number of new listings taken last week fell to 55 compared to 70 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a Modern Architecture-style single-family home built in 2002 in Rye for $3,625,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was a coastal Contemporary-style home built in 2012 in Seabrook for $2,699,900. There are 310 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 290 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $1,067,910 compared to $993,908 the week before.
The number of sold condos and single-family residences jumped to 69 compared to 37 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $729,475 compared to $590,506 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a Contemporary Farmhouse-style home built in 2017 in Rye for $3,600,000 and the second highest-priced sale was a Cape-style condo built in 1995 in New Castle for $3,570,000.
