Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 03.09.24

The number of new listings taken last week climbed to 112 compared to 55 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a Colonial-style home with a luxury horse facility on 17 acres in Danville for $2,700,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was a raised ranch-style home with water frontage on Northwood Lake in Northwood for $2,300,000. There are 328 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 310 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $1,055,581 compared to $1,067,910 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single-family residences dropped to 38 compared to 69 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $727,482 compared to $729,475 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a Colonial-style home built in 2008 in Windham for $2,150,000 and the second highest-priced sale was a new condo in Portsmouth for $1,403,905.
