The number of new listings taken last week dropped to 55 compared to 95 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a waterfront Contemporary-style home built in 2006 in Windham for $2,300,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was a brand-new Farmhouse-style home in Portsmouth for $1,699,950. There are 325 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 344 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $1,068,549 compared to $1,043,712 the week before.
The number of sold condos and single-family residences jumped to 67 compared to 45 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $610,233 compared to $725,211 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a brand-new Colonial-style home in Windham for $1,971,189 and the second highest-priced sale was an oceanfront condo in Rye for $1,425,000.
