The number of new listings taken last week exploded to 112 compared to 55 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a waterfront garden-style condo in Portsmouth $3,900,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was a Colonial-style home built in 2014 in Windham for $1,800,000. There are 357 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 325 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $1,050,340 compared to $1,068,549 the week before.
The number of sold condos and single-family residences was 58 compared to 67 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $647,607 compared to $610,233 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a Contemporary-style home in Rye for $1,600,000 and the second highest-priced sale was a Cape-style home built in 2020 in Windham or $1,562,000.
