Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 04.13.24

The number of new listings taken last week was 110 compared to 112 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a beachfront Contemporary-style home in Hampton $3,889,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was a Colonial-style home on Canobie Lake in Windham for $2,590,000. There are 363 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 357 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $1,043,169 compared to $1,050,340 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single-family residences was 50 compared to 58 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $684,172 compared to $647,607 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a Colonial-style home in North Hampton for $2,499,000 and the second highest-priced sale was also a Colonial-style home again in North Hampton for $2,125,000.
