Rockingham County NH Real Estate Activity Week Ending 04.20.24

The number of new listings taken last week was 117 compared to 110 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a waterfront estate in New Castle for $3,718,700 and the second highest-priced new listing was a Contemporary-style home across the street from the Atlantic Ocean in Hampton for $2,389,000. There are 378 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 363 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $1,028,728 compared to $1,043,169 the week before.

The number of sold condos and single-family residences was 55 compared to 50 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $745,998 compared to $684,172 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a new Contemporary-style home in Newington for $5,250,000 and the second highest-priced sale was also a Contemporary-style home again in Stratham for $1,500,000.
