The number of new listings taken last week fell to 84 compared to 151 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a condo built in 2024 in Portsmouth for $2,400,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was a Craftsman-style home built in 2007 in Atkinson for $2,249,900. There are 431 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 440 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $995,033 compared to $990,180 the week before.
The number of sold condos and single-family residences was 70 compared to 84 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $662,179 compared to $913,352 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a Cape-style single-family home built in 1997 in Rye for $2,000,000 and the second highest-priced sale was a single-family Colonial-style built in 2003 in Auburn for $1,500,000.
