The number of new listings taken last week fell to 116 compared to 144 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a single-family Colonial-style home in Rye for $3,690,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was a Colonial-style home built in 1998 in Hampton for $3,500,000. There are 470 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 465 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $990,905 compared to $1,004,768 the week before.
The number of sold condos and single-family residences was 65 compared to 79 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $720,131 compared to $729,216 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a single-family Colonial-style home in North Hampton for $3,395,000 and the second highest-priced sale was a Cape-style single-family home in New Castle for $2,175,000.
