The number of new listings taken last week jumped to 138 compared to 99 the week before for condos and single-family homes in Rockingham County. The highest-priced new listing was a detached condo with unobstructed views of Wallis Sands Beach in Rye for $1,749,000 and the second highest-priced new listing was also an antique farmhouse-style home built in 1880 in North Hampton for $1,600,000. There are 397 current active condo and single-family homes available in the County compared to 388 the week before. The average active listing price of the current listings is $972,213 compared to $960,371 the week before.
The number of sold condos and single-family residences was 106 compared to 57 the week before. The average sale price for the week was $694,675 compared to $644,030 the week before. The highest-priced property sold last week was a 3,075-square-foot condominium in Portsmouth for $2,959.155 and the second highest-priced sale was a 4,942-square-foot Colonial-style home built in 2011 in Windham for $2,395,000.
